As a purchaser of once off clearance, deleted, off-spec or downgraded bricks from The Brickery, you agree with the following conditions:

• Product must be ordered by the pallet;

• Prices exclude GST and delivery;

• Items only available while stocks last;

• No returns of product will be accepted;

• These prices are final and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer;

• Possession must be taken within 28 days of purchase;

• These products are sold on an as-is-where-is basis;

• As such, no rectification claims can be made; and

• These once off clearance products available for sale are non-standard product that can and do vary in either of all of size, colour and quality.
